Privacy Policy

MentionLens is designed to operate without accounts, private credentials, wallet connections, or customer-data uploads.

01

Information you submit

To generate a quote and report, the service processes the public website URL, category description, up to three public competitor URLs, selected payment network and token, and the transaction hash you provide.

Do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, customer records, private dashboards, non-public documents, or URLs that require authorization.

  • Public website and competitor URLs
  • Category and target-customer description
  • Payment rail selection
  • Public on-chain transaction hash
02

How information is used

Submitted information is used to validate the order scope, create a signed payment quote, verify the public blockchain transfer, inspect public pages, and generate the requested report.

The current service does not require a customer account and does not sell submitted order data. Standard hosting, security, and network logs may be processed by infrastructure providers for delivery, abuse prevention, and reliability.

  • Quote creation and tamper prevention
  • On-chain payment verification
  • Public-page inspection
  • Report generation
  • Security and reliability logging
03

Public networks and third parties

Blockchain transfers and transaction hashes are public and cannot be made private or reversed by MentionLens. Public website requests may be visible to the submitted website’s hosting and analytics providers.

The service relies on hosting infrastructure, public blockchain RPC endpoints, and browser or network software needed to deliver the site. Their processing is governed by their own policies.

04

Retention and your choices

Signed quote data is valid for a limited payment and redemption window. Generated reports are delivered in the browser; customers should save any copy they wish to retain.

Because no customer identity account is required, MentionLens may be unable to associate a public transaction or URL with a specific person. You can choose not to use the service or submit an order.
